     adding new Innovative Cleaning methods to the Custodial Services we offer.  This specialized New Cleaning Method for our clients and
     Customers, has to due with the recent demand for more exceptional cleaning and disenfecting, in areas in and around food
     establishments, public Venues and inside transportation vehicles. This is why we are working expeditiously to add several Commission-
     Based Contract and Proposal Writers to expand and grow our Federal Conracting Services. "Come Join Us"

Job Description

The Commission-Based Contract Proposal Writer will work closely with our business development and Project Management Team to
    write and submit winning proposals. This is a commission-based role, with compensation tied to successful proposal awards.

Proposal Writer: (is a Commission-Based Position)

• Location: Remote Work from Home
• Type: Contract
• Commission: Percentage based on secured contracts through written proposals

· This is a commission-based role and is based on a percentage of the awarded contract value, exact percentages will be discussed
 by our Manager before signing on with us.

· A percentage commission on every successful contract secured through the proposals written.

· Potential for bonuses based on performance and securing high-value contracts.

     Note: A Commission-Based role with us can land you a flat fee in the amount up to 7500 Dollars on a successfully written proposal
that wins VRCS a Federal contract.  On top of that all successful Proposal writers will be offered a base Bi-weekly salary with
benefits as a paid contractor for VRCS.

Responsibilities

• Ability to Review and analyze Federal RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents
• Conduct research to understand project requirements and client needs
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify our strengths and weaknesses in relation to the proposal.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts with sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure proposal
  requirements are fully met, to develop proposal outlines and content.
• Write persuasive and high-quality proposal narratives
• Ensure compliance with proposal submission guidelines and deadlines
• Coordinate with graphic designers to include compelling visuals and then Coordinate the final review
  and delivery of proposals.
• Revise and edit proposals as needed before final submission
• Research, write, and organize ideas and information for highly technical, complex proposals.
• Review and analyze RFPs to ensure the proposal aligns with client specifications.
• Make sure all deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.
  
  

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in Contract Writting or Commission would help but not a required
• Ability to analyze complex documents and summarize them in a clear manner
• High level of self-motivation and adaptability
• The ability to familiarize yourself with proposal software or IA writing tools
• written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong research skills using Google or ChatGBT
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Must complete (Free) Training Video upon Acceptance
  
  

   Equipment and Writer Tools Needed and Offered

          1. Our New Commissioned writer must have their own Computer or Laptop with a Camera & Mic
              (For Teams & Zoom meetings not supplied by VRCS)
          2. Microsoft Office Word or (Free Download) Apache Open Office 4.1.14
          3. Contract Examples & Templates will be made available during our Training sessions
